Modern and bright apartment right next to the sea with a fantastic sea view from the living room. A 3 minute walk to the village center and yacht marina, 8 minutes drive to historic Pula and under 10 minutes to the Airport.
Guest access
Guest are having private swimming pool and whole area around the house, garden, grill place. Private entrance and parking place. No other guest in the house and no interaction with me who is living on upper flat but during summer rare at home.

You will have problems with quietness and peace ! :-)
